Tom Ling first appeared at Cambridge Folk Club in 1975 and the following day he was asked to join a band. Since then he has played in many bands in and around Cambridge, including with Mandy Morton, the Scottish Fiddle Orchestra, String Swing, the Usual Suspects, a duo with Jon Betmead, and 4Tunes Friends.
