A genre-defying folk troubadour, Chris Fox made rapid progress through the UK folk and roots scene with his songwriting, utilising a variety of styles across the roots lexicon. Audiences are enthralled by his rich vocals, complex guitar playing and loop pedal alchemy, finding Chris thought-provoking and humorous in equal measure. His naturally laid back, unostentatious style creates the perfect ambience for an intimate live experience, drawing listeners in with tales of the everyday and the unexpected.
Chris has supported some of the folk greats, including Peter Knight’s Gigspanner, Peter Knight and John Spires, Jim Moray, Boo Hewerdine, and is now playing headline gigs. He has two albums to his credit, ‘From the Shadows’ and ‘In Plain Sight’.
‘Chris stands head and shoulders above a crowded field and it’s hard to argue with or top that’ – Marc Higgins, Fatea.
Cliff Ward is a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and recording artist. Known for his heartfelt songwrigting and versatile musicianship, Cliff performs both as a solo artist and as a core member of the acclaimed folk band The Willows, where he plays guitar, banjo and fiddle.
