The Browns are an acoustic duo from Norfolk, celebrated for their beautiful voices, exquisite vocal harmonies, and emotionally resonant songwriting. With a natural gift for storytelling through music, their original songs are expressive, poignant, and often deeply moving, capturing the hearts of audiences wherever they perform.
The duo have released two critically acclaimed albums: Still the Same and The Linden Tree. Both albums launched at sell-out events and have been widely praised for their lyrical depth, emotional honesty, and stunning vocal interplay. Songs from both records have been played on radio stations across Europe, helping to bring their music to an ever-growing audience. As Fatea Magazine wrote, “Their strength is excellent vocal harmonies, with very clear lyrics, on tunes that are presented to make the most of their wonderful voices.”
Having become familiar faces on the UK folk scene, The Browns have performed at folk clubs and festivals across the country. Their music, while rooted in folk traditions, carries a distinct and personal voice—both timeless and fresh.
A number of 10-minute floor spots will also be available on the night.
